Is it possible to predict stock market? It appears that several people have learnt the art of how to predict stock market ups and downs to a reasonable level of success.
In the earlier times, people who dared to predict stock market rise and fall and make money from it were the wealthy individuals like businessmen. But later, several institutions, banks and insurance companies got into the field of studying the market, trying to predict stock market activity and buying and selling in the market. It is not at all an easy task to predict stock market activity as every stock market is like the fingerprint of an individual, absolutely unique! This makes it difficult to generalize methods to predict stock market growth or fall.
It is difficult indeed for amateurs to predict stock market motion. But who are the experts who predict stock market boom at the right time? We call them stockbrokers. Their job is to give an expert analysis, in other words, predict stock market action and thus, buy or sell shares and securities on behalf of individuals or institutions. There is a nice joke doing the rounds about such experts who predict stock market boom time-a stockbroker, apparently is a person who makes investments with others’ money till it is gone!
Jokes apart, there are professionals like market analysts and market watchers who predict stock market crash and boom. They claim they can invest our money to earn more, rather than squander our nest eggs! Leading indicators of good investment opportunities are the stock prices which help to predict stock market movement. Normally, the investors who mostly buy quite low and sell considerably high are rewarded for their good attempt to predict stock market trend while those people who buy comparatively high and sell quite low are punished for debasing the stock market prediction. In fact, there are actually several kinds of software which can assist even the amateur to predict stock market bustle with reasonable success levels. |
